Tasbaev Yerlan Edgeevich
Deputy Chairman of the Mqanagement Board Non-profit Joint-Stock Company "International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects"
Yerlan Tasbaev was born in the city of Ekibastuz, Pavlodar region, in 1975.
He graduated from the Ekibastuz Mining and Technical College with a degree in Mining Electromechanical Technician, from Ekibastuz Engineering and Technical Institute named after Ak. Satpayev majoring in mining engineering, from Pavlodar State University named after. S. Toraigyrov, with the qualification in Bachelor of Law, from Innovative Eurasian University, with a Master's degree in Law.
The total work experience is more than 27 years. He began his career as a worker at the “Severny” mine in 1996.
From 2003 to 2008, he held engineering and technical positions and managerial positions at enterprises in the coal industry, non-ferrous metallurgy and environmental protection in commercial structures.
Since the end of 2008, Yerlan has gained experience in public service, starting from the position of an ordinary specialist to the head of a subdivision of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He has been working at "International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center" NJSC since August 2020, where he initially worked as the Head of the BAT Bureau. Currently, he is the Deputy Chairman of the Board in charge of the BAT block.
He has been repeatedly awarded departmental diplomas and awards. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was also awarded the state award "Eren Enbegi Ushin".
