In regards usage and implementation of green technologies
On October 11, 2019, at the representative office of the Akimat of the Almaty Region in Almaty, the International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center together with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Almaty Region held a meeting with representatives of industrial enterprises/polluters regarding the explanation of the state's order for surveying (Analysis of enterprises ), the development of the “Register” of green technologies and the transition of Kazakhstan to the BAT principles. The speakers of this meeting explained in detail the importance of the ongoing government program 044 for Kazakhstan, and it was also noted that the surveying and its completion is very important in terms of implementing the Concept for the transition of Kazakhstan to a green economy. Following the meeting, a number of questions were asked from the heads of enterprises and industry representatives, it was agreed that the meeting participants would provide relevant information to colleagues from other industrial enterprises of the region.
