Functional responsibilities
1) preparation, together with the structural subdivisions of the Company, of summary and analytical information on implementation of the Plan for Implementation of the Company's Development Strategy;
2) carrying out works on collection, summary and submission to the competent authority of quarterly and annual reports stipulated by the State Assignment Agreement;
3) participation in development and preparation of draft documents, materials submitted for consideration of the Company's bodies (General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors, Management Board), collegial consultative and advisory bodies and management of the Company within the competence;
4) preparation of reports on the Company's activities

2. Requirements for candidates
Education (level, qualification/academic or scientific degree, academic profile, it is preferable to specify the names of the school)
Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty (economic, financial, legal, technical)
Professional experience (duration, area, sphere of activity and more)
Practical work experience in the professional field / in the profile of the position at least 3 years
Professional competencies (knowledge, skills)
1) experience in developing and implementing strategic development plans/programmes, national reports on green economy development, business development programmes or experience in strategic planning;
2) experience of interaction with external bodies and organizations on issues related to the implementation of the Development Strategy, budget program;
3) skills in monitoring implementation of strategic development plans/programmes; achievement of key performance indicators;
4) knowledge of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) knowledge of English is desirable;
6) skills of work with the use of modern information technologies.
