economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;<\/p>\n<p>11)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the study of international experience, trends and tendencies in the field of green economy development;<\/p>\n<p>12)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the preparation of recommendations for improving risk management policies and procedures;<\/p>\n<p>13)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the development, coordination and submission for approval by the authorized bodies of the Company of internal documents in the field of risk management, as well as their implementation in the Company;<\/p>\n<p>14)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the process of organizing the creation of effective documentation of the risk management and internal control system (hereinafter referred to as RMS and ICS);<\/p>\n<p>15)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the work to improve risk management processes and procedures;<\/p>\n<p>16)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in monitoring the Risk Management System (RMS) and Internal Control System (ICS) by identifying, identifying and assessing risks, maintaining\/updating the register and risk map;<\/p>\n<p>17)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the work on the formation and submission of risk management reports to the authorized bodies of the Company in accordance with the established procedure;<\/p>\n<p>18)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the process of monitoring and informing the Management Board and the Board of Directors about significant deviations from established risk management processes, as well as information on the implementation of the action plan for their management and prevention;<\/p>\n<p>19)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the analysis of the risk portfolio and development of proposals for a response strategy and redistribution of resources in relation to the management of relevant risks;<\/p>\n<p>20)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the work on submitting proposals to the management of the Company on improving the Risk Management System and Internal Control System;<\/p>\n<p>21)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the work on the development, coordination and submission for approval by the authorized bodies of the Company of Corporate KPIs;<\/p>\n<p>22)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the work on organizing methodological support for the formation of Corporate KPIs of the Chairman and members of the Management Board;<\/p>\n<p>23)\u00a0\u00a0 participation in the work on the formation and submission to the Board of Directors of the Company of annual reports on the achievement of Corporate KPIs of the
