In 2019, the total amount of payments amounted to 100.8 billion tenge, but in 2020 there was a decline to 85.6 billion tenge. In 2021, there was a sharp increase to KZT 110.9 billion, and in the following two years, the amounts decreased, amounting to KZT 98.6 billion in 2022 and KZT 97.9 billion in 2023.<\/p>\n<p><!-- --><\/p>\n<p>Among the regions, the largest amounts of negative impact charges are observed in the Karaganda, Pavlodar and Atyrau regions. The Karaganda region, for example, showed consistently high rates in 2019-2021, reaching a peak of 18.5 billion tenge, but in 2023 there was a decline to 13.3 billion tenge. Pavlodar region, on the contrary, showed more stable results, with slight fluctuations between 15 billion and 13.4 billion tenge in different years. Atyrau region in 2021 showed a sharp jump to 19.7 billion tenge, but then returned to a level below 10 billion tenge in subsequent years.<\/p>\n<p>Interesting fluctuations can be observed in the East Kazakhstan region, where the amount of fees reached 11 billion tenge in 2021, but then dropped sharply to 3.8 billion tenge in 2023. Similarly, the Turkestan region demonstrates an anomaly: in 2020, the amount of payment was negative (-345 thousand tenge).<\/p>\n<p>Among the new regions, such as Zhetysu, Abai and Ulytau, there has been a rapid increase in negative impact charges since 2022. For example, the Abai region in 2023 showed a significant increase to 6.8 billion tenge.<\/p>\n<p>The cities of Almaty and Astana show stable growth or slight fluctuations in the amount of fees. In Astana, the amounts are increasing from 2.1 billion tenge in 2019 to 3.3 billion tenge in 2023. Almaty, on the contrary, shows minor changes, with payments ranging from 1.4 to 1.9 billion tenge.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:group --><\/p>\n<div
