The new Alliance brings together 26 organizations from 22 countries\u2014including top research, technology, and investment institutions\u2014to promote sustainable solutions and accelerate the global climate transition.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2764\" data-end=\"3197\">Speaking at the Alliance\u2019s founding ceremony, Acting Chairman of IGTIPC, Saken Kalkamanov, stated: \u201cOur role as Co-Chair reflects the Center\u2019s growing influence in advancing international cooperation in climate technologies and green investment. We are ready to support technology transfer and create sustainable financing mechanisms, including through a fund proposed by the Chinese side to support green projects in BRI countries.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3199\" data-end=\"3649\">The Alliance\u2019s governance structure includes the Administrative Center for the Implementation of China&#8217;s Agenda for the 21st Century and the Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center (SSTEC), along with two co-chairs\u2014IGTIPC and Shanghai Electric Group.
