1 | Functional responsibilities |
1) execution of the contract under the budget program 044 within the competence of the DGT; 2) carrying out work on the study and analysis of Kazakhstan and international legislation in the field of green technologies and green projects; 3) participation in the preparation of proposals to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on green technologies and green projects; 4) carrying out work on the analysis of materials and documents of international organizations on green technologies and projects; 5) carrying out work on the development of green finance in the Republic of Kazakhstan; 6) formation and maintenance of a database of green technology market participants (Excel); 7) collecting information for filling the Database from responsible structural units; 8) processing of Database information, including analysis for reliability and relevance; 9) filling and updating the Database with the information received from the responsible structural units; 10) formation and maintenance of the Register of Green Technologies (hereinafter – the Register); 11) updating the Registry; 12) support in the promotion of green technologies |

Requirements for candidates
1 | Education (level, qualification/academic degree, profile, preferably indicate the names of educational institutions) | Higher or postgraduate education in the field of Law/ Social Sciences, Economics and Business/ Technical Sciences and Technology/ Natural Sciences. |
2 | Professional experience (duration, area, industry, etc.) | It is desirable to have practical work experience in the professional field or in areas corresponding to the functional areas of the position
(preferably in the functional areas of the position in the field of ecology, in institutions and/or public administration bodies corresponding to the profile of the Company). This requirement does not apply to internal candidates. Internal candidates are appointed in accordance with the procedure provided for in paragraph 10 of the Rules of Competitive Selection of the Company’s personnel. |
3 | Professional competencies (knowledge, skills) |
1) experience in the development and implementation of strategies, policies, concepts and sectoral programs in the field of green technologies; 2) experience in developing a mechanism for the introduction and application of technologies; 3) experience of interaction with external bodies and organizations on issues and projects related to the introduction of green technologies; 4) skills of conducting Gap analysis and developing proposals based on its results; 5) analytical skills, skills of adaptation of international standards to the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and national/industry standards; 6) knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of environment, standardization, and certification; 7) knowledge of corporate governance principles; 8) knowledge of the principles and methods of building sustainable development systems; |
