Kozyke Saule Kozykeevna

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder on September 30, 2024, Saule Kozykeeva Kozyke was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Joint Stock Company “International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects.”

Saule Kozykeeva Kozyke graduated from the Almaty Institute of National Economy with a degree in “Economics and Planning of Material and Technical Supply and Sales.” She also completed a doctoral program at the T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University and underwent an internship at the University of California, Berkeley, HAAS School of Business, USA, as part of the international “Bolashak” scholarship program, earning a PhD in Economics.

She has over 35 years of professional experience, beginning her career as an economist in 1987. From 2000 to the present, she has held leadership positions in research, educational, government, and quasi-government institutions, including serving as Deputy Head of the Information and Analytical Department of the Apparatus of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She also led the Kazakhstan-American Technology Transfer Center under the National Agency for Technological Development in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, USA, and was the head of the National Technological Foresight GreenTech project at the National Agency for Innovation Development, “QazInnovations.” Additionally, she was a member of the National Scientific Council for the Commercialization of R&D Projects.
