A roundtable dedicated to strategic partnership and cooperation between Kazakhstan and Jordan was held in the capital of Jordan, Amman. The session was opened with welcome speeches and presentations from key participants: the Chairman of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Khalil Mohammed El-Hadja Tawfiq; the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Jordan, T. Shaldanbay; the Chairman of the Committee on Investments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, G. Ospankulov; and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Investment of Jordan, Ms. Zahira Al-Qatarneh.
During the roundtable, CEO of IGTIC Mr. Didar Karimsakov , presented in detail the main areas of the Center’s work and its programs, which focus on the development of “green” technologies and support for sustainable business.
In his speech, he emphasized that the Center aims to enhance the competitiveness of the economy, attract investment in environmentally friendly projects, including technology transfer and exchange of best practices, and reduce the negative impact on the environment in Kazakhstan.
The roundtable included productive B2B meetings between representatives of Jordanian businesses and IGTIC, providing a platform for discussing cooperation opportunities and exchanging experiences.
