Internal Audit Service of NJSC “International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center”
The Internal Audit Service of NJSC “International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center” is an independent structural unit directly subordinate and accountable to the Board of Directors.
The purpose of the Service is to provide the Board of Directors with an independent and objective assessment of the effectiveness of the internal control system, risk management, and corporate governance, as well as to facilitate their improvement.
The main tasks of the Service include:
- Assessing the reliability and effectiveness of the internal control and risk management systems;
- Assessing the reliability, completeness, and objectivity of accounting, financial reporting, and other information;
- Assessing compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company’s internal documents, and the execution of decisions made by the Company’s bodies;
- Assessing the efficiency of resource utilization, transactions, and business processes, as well as the reliability of information systems and business continuity.
The Service regularly informs the Board of Directors about the results of audit activities and the status of recommendation implementation.
In its activities, the Service is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company’s internal documents, as well as the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) of internal auditing and the Code of Ethics. Its activities are regulated by the Regulations on the Internal Audit Service.
