Astana, October 8, 2025 – The International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects (IGTIC) and the Kazakhstan-Asian Association for the Development of Trade and Culture (KAADTC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing strategic partnerships in sustainable growth, the green economy, and international investment.

The document was signed by IGTIC Chairman of the Board Saken Kalkamanov and KAADTC Chairman of the Board Kanat Beisek.

The signing of the memorandum marks an important step in expanding Kazakhstan’s cooperation with Asian countries in attracting investments into environmental projects. The parties agreed to join forces in promoting promising technological solutions and creating a favorable investment climate.

Special attention will be given to attracting foreign companies, investment funds, and financial institutions to implement initiatives in the areas of sustainable energy, waste management, water resources, and other key areas of the green agenda.

“Cooperation with KAADTC opens new opportunities for scaling our projects, exchanging expertise, and attracting resources to the most vital sectors of green transformation. This partnership is of strategic importance not only for Kazakhstan but for the entire Central Asian region,” noted Saken Kalkamanov during the signing ceremony.

The Association, in turn, expressed its readiness to actively contribute to building strong ties with the Asian business community and to leverage its accumulated experience in international cooperation.
