More than 15 leading Chinese companies in the green energy sector have expressed interest in participating in RES 2026 EXPO following business negotiations held in Shenzhen — one of the world’s largest centers of technological innovation. The agreements reached open new opportunities for attracting investment, facilitating the transfer of green technologies, and launching joint projects in Central Asian countries.
A business roundtable was held in Shenzhen with the participation of representatives of the investment community and major companies. The event was organized with the support of the China-Eurasian Business Council (CEBC) as part of the international promotion of the green technologies and sustainable solutions exhibition RES 2026 EXPO.
During the B2B meetings, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in electric vehicles, the development of charging infrastructure, energy storage systems, the implementation of industrial solutions in the new energy sector, and the integration of renewable energy sources.
Participants were presented with the concept of the Regional Ecological Summit 2026 and RES 2026 EXPO as a key international platform for consolidating businesses, investors, and government institutions in the field of green economic transformation.
Following the presentation, eight Chinese companies confirmed their readiness to participate in the exhibition, as well as to explore investment and technological projects in this region.
Special attention was given to expanding industrial cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, including joint projects in green energy, low-carbon technologies, and sustainable infrastructure.
The agreements reached and the signed Memorandum of Understanding are aimed at strengthening cross-border cooperation, promoting innovative solutions in the new energy sector, and expanding international participation in RES 2026 EXPO, in line with Kazakhstan’s strategic priorities for transitioning to a sustainable economy.
