Astana, September 3, 2024 — Representatives of the International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center (hereinafter – the Center), led by Deputy Chairman of the Board Temirlan Atarbayev, held a meeting with the delegation from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Technology Transfer Center (SCO-TTC), headed by Director Zhao Zhongyuan. Representatives from Chuangzhi Group (Hong Kong) Co, Ltd. also attended the meeting.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in green technologies and sustainable development. Temirlan Atarbayev emphasized the importance of international collaboration in achieving Kazakhstan’s sustainable development goals and expressed the Center’s strong interest in partnering with Chinese counterparts.
A significant outcome of the meeting was the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Center and the SCO-TTC, signed by Zhao Zhongyuan on behalf of the Chinese side. This agreement lays the foundation for future cooperation in technology exchange and the implementation of joint projects.
Representatives of Chuangzhi Group (Hong Kong) Co, Ltd. expressed their readiness for further collaboration and discussed potential involvement in future initiatives.
The parties agreed to maintain regular communication and develop joint projects aimed at improving the environmental situation and promoting sustainable development in Kazakhstan.
