«International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center» NCJSC was established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27, 2018.
The sole shareholder of the Center is the Government represented by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mission
Promoting green technologies and supporting businesses to increase the competitiveness of the economy, the quality of life of the population and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
Areas of activity
Facilitate the transition of industry to the principles of best available techniques (BAT) by developing BAT Reference books.
Implement international grant programs to support, develop and finance green projects (Readiness-2, GCIP-Kazakhstan).
Search for and promote innovative green projects in the field of ecology, sustainable development and improving the quality of life.
Conduct educational and awareness-raising programs on ecology and sustainable development (webinars, trainings).
