Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors
On March 16, 2022, Erenchinov Daniyar Kagazbekovich voluntarily resigned as an independent director and Chairman of the IGTIC Board of Directors.
All members of the Board of Directors and the IGTIC team thanked Daniyar Yerenchinov for the work done, noting that in a short time, thanks to the strategic vision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, IGTIC was able to achieve impressive results.
Over the past period, with his direct participation, the organizational structure was completely updated in accordance with the requirements of international corporate governance, cooperation was established with such major international organizations as WECOOP, UBA, CITEPA, the expert community of OECD countries, and most importantly, the foundation was laid for the transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the principles of the best available technologies (BAT). To promote regional and international initiatives, to establish new partnerships, as well as to form a "green" image and increase the investment attractiveness of Kazakhstan, a number of international events and conferences were held, which were highly appreciated by the foreign community.
Recall that Erenchinov Daniyar Kagazbekovich was elected Chairman of the IGTIC Board of Directors in May 2020. Erenchinov Daniyar Kagazbekovich has higher managerial and legal education. He is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, and has also been awarded state awards and honorary titles.
For more than six years he held the public position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the RFMSH Alumni Foundation. For more than two years he worked as Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. During the year, he headed the NAO State Corporation "Government for Citizens".
For most of his career, he headed his own manufacturing business, and was a member of the international public association of businessmen "Young Presidents' Organization (YPO)".
